No Memorandum. Buyer shall not record any memorandum disclosing this Agreement.
No Memorandum. Neither this Lease, nor any memorandum, affidavit or other writing with respect thereto, shall be recorded by Tenant, by any Tenant Related Party, or by any other person except Landlord. Any such recording in violation of this Section 26.16 shall constitute a Default.
No Memorandum. Purchaser will not record either this Agreement, any memorandum hereof, or any affidavit pertaining hereto. Any such recordation by Purchaser will constitute a default hereunder by Purchaser. In addition to any other remedies of Seller, Purchaser will be obligated to execute an instrument in recordable form releasing this Agreement or memorandum or affidavit. Purchaser’s obligations pursuant to this Section 37 will survive any termination of this Agreement.
No Memorandum. Purchaser shall not record this Agreement or a memorandum hereof and any attempted recordation of this Agreement or a memorandum hereof shall be void and shall constitute a default by Purchaser.

No Memorandum. No memorandum or other evidence of this Agreement may be filed in the real property records of Tarrant County, Texas until the Parking Easement Effective Date. This Agreement does not create an estate in real property until and unless the Parking Easement Effective Date occurs.
