No Merchant Discount. None of Kohl’s, its Affiliates or its Licensees shall be required to pay any merchant discount, interchange fees, or other transaction fees on any Transaction. Bank shall directly process the Transactions such that none of Kohl’s, its Affiliates or its Licensees incur any merchant acquirer/processor or similar fees.
