Common use of No Merger Clause in Contracts

No Merger. The voluntary or other surrender of this Lease by Tenant or a mutual termination thereof shall not work as a merger and shall, at the option of Landlord, either (a) terminate all or any existing subleases, or (b) operate as an assignment to Landlord of Tenant’s interest under any or all such subleases.

No Merger. The voluntary or other surrender of this Lease by Tenant Tenant, or a mutual termination thereof cancellation thereof, shall not work as constitute a merger of the Landlord’s and Tenant’s estate, and shall, at the option of Landlord, operate either (a) terminate all or any existing subleases, or (b) operate as an assignment to Landlord of Tenant’s interest under any or all such subleasessubleases or subtenancies or as a termination thereof.

The voluntary or other surrender of this Lease possession of the Premises by Tenant Tenant, or a mutual termination thereof cancellation of this Lease, shall not work as result in a merger of Landlord's and Tenant's estates, and shall, at the option of Landlord, either (a) terminate any or all existing subleases or any existing subleasessubtenancies, or (b) operate as an assignment to Landlord of Tenant’s interest under any or all of such subleasessubleases or subtenancies.

The voluntary or other surrender of this Lease by Tenant or Tenant, a mutual cancellation of -this Lease, or the termination thereof of this Lease by Landlord pursuant to any provision contained herein, shall not work as a merger and shallmerger, but, at the option of Landlord’s option, shall either (a) terminate any or all or any existing subleasessubleases hereunder, or (b) operate as an assignment to Landlord of Tenant’s interest under any or all such subleases.

No Merger. The voluntary or other surrender of this Lease by Tenant or a mutual cancellation of the Lease or a termination thereof shall by Landlord will not work as a merger and shallwill, at the option of Landlord, either (a) unless otherwise agreed with Tenant, terminate all or of any existing subleasessubtenancies or may, or (b) at the option of Landlord, operate as an assignment to Landlord of Tenant’s interest under any or all such subleasessubtenancies.
