No Mitigation Requirement. The Executive shall not be required to mitigate the amount provided for in this section by seeking other employment or otherwise, nor shall the amount of any payment or benefit provided for in this section be reduced by the amount of any compensation earned by the Executive as the result of employment by another employer, or by any set-off, counterclaim, recoupment, or other claim, right or action the Company may have against the Executive.
