Common use of No Notice to Surety Clause in Contracts

No Notice to Surety. No notice to the Subcontractor's surety shall be required for any such change, addition, or omission. The Subcontractor shall promptly arrange for an increase in the penal sum of any surety bond due to additions to the Subcontract Work, unless such increase is waived by the Contractor in writing.
