Common use of No Nuisance Clause in Contracts

No Nuisance. Tenant shall not (i) do or permit anything to be done in or about the Premises, or any other portion of the Building, which would injure, or obstruct or interfere with the rights of, Landlord or other occupants of the Building, or others lawfully in or about the Building; (ii) use or allow the Premises to be used in any manner inappropriate for a Class A office building, or for any improper or objectionable purposes; or (iii) cause, maintain or permit any nuisance or waste in, on or about the Premises, or any other portion of the Building.

No Nuisance. Tenant shall not (i) do or permit anything to be done in or about the Premises, or any other portion of the Building, which would injureinjure or annoy, or obstruct or interfere with the rights of, Landlord or other occupants of the Building, or others lawfully in or about the Building; (ii) use or allow the Premises to be used in any manner inappropriate for a Class A office building, or for any improper or objectionable purposes; or (iii) cause, maintain or permit any nuisance or waste in, on or about the Premises, or any other portion of the Building.

Tenant shall not (i) do or permit anything to be done in or about the Premises, or any other portion of the BuildingBuilding or the Project, which would injureinjure or unreasonably annoy, or unreasonably obstruct or interfere with the rights of, Landlord or other occupants of the BuildingBuilding or the Project, or others lawfully in or about the BuildingBuilding or the Project; (ii) use or allow the Premises to be used in any manner inappropriate for a Class A an office building, or for any improper or objectionable purposesbuilding comparable to the Building; or (iii) cause, maintain or permit any nuisance or waste in, on or about the Premises, or any other portion of the BuildingBuilding or the Project.
