Indemnify Landlord. The Tenant shall indemnify and save harmless the Landlord from and against any and all manner of actions or causes of action, damages, costs, loss, or expenses of whatever kind (including without limitation legal fees on a solicitor and client basis) which the Landlord may sustain, incur, or be put to by reason of or arising out of any act or omission of the Tenant or any persons for whom the Tenant is, at law, responsible, or from the use or occupation of the Premises, the Lands, or the Building, in whole or in part and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, from the non-observance or non-performance by the Tenant or any persons for whom the Tenant is, at law, responsible of any of the obligations imposed under the provisions of any laws, ordinances, regulations, or requirements of any federal, provincial, municipal, or other authority, or any of the covenants, agreements, terms, conditions, and provisos contained in this Lease to be observed and performed by the Tenant; and such liability to indemnify and save harmless shall survive any termination of this Lease and the expiry of the Term or any renewal hereof, anything in this Lease to the contrary notwithstanding.
Indemnify Landlord. Subject to the Landlord taking reasonable steps to mitigate the same to pay and make good to the Landlord and to keep the Landlord fully and effectually indemnified against all loss costs claims demands liability damage actions and expenses whatsoever incurred or sustained by the Landlord directly or indirectly as a consequence of or in connection with any breach non-performance or non-observance of any of the covenants and conditions on the part of the Tenant contained or implied in this Lease or the use of the Landlord’s Premises by the Tenant or any permitted occupier or their respective servants agents licensees or visitors or the exercise of any rights granted by this Lease and such indemnity shall be without prejudice to any rights or remedies of the Landlord under this Lease in respect of any breach non-performance or non-observance of any covenant or condition
Indemnify Landlord. The Tenant shall indemnify and keep indemnified the Landlord for all matters relating to the immigration and employment status of the Tenant and/or occupiers to the full extent as allowed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore during the Term.
Indemnify Landlord. 5.40.1 To indemnify the Landlord against all loss, damage, actions, proceedings, costs, claims and demands in respect of the use or occupation of the Premises, the execution of alterations, additions or repairs to the Premises, any non-compliance by the Tenant with its obligations under this Lease, or any other act or default by the Tenant, its employees, contractors, agents, tenants, licensees or invitees except to the extent (if any) that such actions, proceedings, costs, claims and demands arise from non-observance or breach by the Landlord of its obligations hereunder or from the act, neglect or default of the Landlord, its employees, contractors, agents, tenants, licensees or invitees.
5.40.2 The Tenant must pay the costs on a full indemnity basis of and incidental to any demand (including any action or distraint for the recovery of such costs) in respect of:
(a) the Rent or other sums payable under this Lease;
(b) the use or occupation of the Premises;
(c) the execution of alterations, additions or repairs to the Premises;
(d) any non-compliance by the Tenant with its obligations under this Lease; or
(e) any other act or default by the Tenant, its employees, contractors, agents or invitees. Such costs are recoverable from the Tenant as a debt.
Indemnify Landlord. The Tenant shall indemnify the Landlord against all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, proceedings, damages, losses, costs and expenses arising directly indirectly from or incidental to the use or occupation of the Premises, the execution of alterations, additions or repairs to the Premises, any non-compliance by the Tenant with its obligations under this Agreement, or any other act, default, neglect or omission by the Tenant, its employees, contractors, servants, agents, licenses, visitors or invitees.
Indemnify Landlord. The Tenant will indemnify and save the Landlord harmless from and against any actions or causes of action, damages, costs, loss or expenses of whatever kind which the Landlord may sustain, incur or be put to by reason of or arising out of this Lease, or any act or omission of the Tenant or any persons for whom the Tenant is, at law, responsible, or from the use or occupation of the Premises in whole or in part and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, from the non-observance or non-performance by the Tenant, or any persons for whom the Tenant is, at law, responsible, of any of the obligations imposed under the provisions of any laws, ordinances, regulations or requirements of any federal, provincial, municipal or other authorities, or any of the covenants and agreements contained in this Lease and such liability to indemnify and save harmless will survive any termination of this Lease, and the expiry of the Term or any extension or renewal thereof, notwithstanding anything in this Lease to the contrary.

Indemnify Landlord. Indemnify Landlord. Indemnity against loss/damage from interior Without prejudice to Clause 1 of Section V, the Tenant shall be wholly responsible for any loss damage or injury caused to any person or property caused directly or indirectly through the want of repair of the interior of the Premises or the defective or damaged condition of any part of interior of the Premises or of any of the fixtures and fittings therein or in any way owing to the spread of fire or smoke or the overflow of water from the Premises or any part thereof. Indemnity against Overflow of Water To be wholly responsible for any loss or damage caused to any person or property caused by or through or in any way owing to the escape or overflow of water from the Premises and to make good the same by payment or otherwise and to indemnify the Landlord against all costs claims demands actions and legal proceedings whatsoever made upon the Landlord by any person in respect of such loss damage or injury and costs and expenses incidental thereto.
Indemnify Landlord. In consideration of said premises being leased to Tenant for the above rental Tenant agrees: That Tenant, at all times will indemnify and keep harmless Landlord from all losses, damage, liabilities and expenses, which may arise or be claimed against Landlord and be in favor of any person, firm or corporation, for any injuries or damages to the person or property of any person, firm or corporation, consequent upon or arising from the use or occupancy of said premises by Tenant, or consequent upon or arising from any acts, omissions, neglect or fault of Tenant (his agents, servants, employees, licensees, customers or invitee), or consequent upon or arising from Tenant's failure to comply with the aforesaid laws, statutes, ordinances or regulations; that Tenant will indemnify and keep harmless Landlord from all damages, liabilities, losses, injuries, or expenses, which may arise or be claimed against Landlord and be in favor of any person, firm or corporation, for any injuries or damages to the person or property of any person, firm or corporation, where said injuries or damages arose about or upon said premises without Landlord's responsibility, directly or indirectly, therefore.
