Common use of No Nuisance Clause in Contracts

No Nuisance. Tenant shall not (i) do or permit anything to be done in or about the Premises, or any other portion of the Project, which would injure or annoy, or obstruct or interfere with the rights of, Landlord or other occupants of the Project; (ii) use or allow the Premises to be used in any manner inappropriate based on uses permitted in Comparable Buildings, or for any objectionable purposes, or do or permit any act which in Landlord’s reasonable judgment might damage the reputation of the Project; or (iii) cause, maintain or permit any nuisance or waste in, on or about the Premises, or any other portion of the Project.

No Nuisance. Tenant shall not (i) do or permit anything to be done in or about the Premises, or any other portion of the Project, which would materially or unreasonably injure or annoy, or obstruct or interfere with the rights of, Landlord or other occupants of the Project, or others lawfully in or about the Project; (ii) use or allow the Premises to be used in any manner inappropriate based on uses permitted for comparable office buildings in Comparable BuildingsEmeryville, California, or for any improper or objectionable purposes, or do or permit any act which in Landlord’s reasonable judgment might damage the reputation of the Project; or (iii) cause, maintain or permit any nuisance or waste in, on or about the Premises, or any other portion of the Project.

No Nuisance. Tenant shall not (i) do or permit anything to be done in or about the Premises, or any other portion of the Project, which would injure or annoy, or obstruct or interfere with the rights of, Landlord or other occupants of the Project, or others lawfully in or about the Project; (ii) use or allow the Premises to be used in any manner inappropriate based on uses permitted in for Comparable Buildings, or for any improper or objectionable purposes, or do or permit any act which in Landlord’s reasonable 's sole judgment might damage the reputation of the Project; or (iii) cause, maintain or permit any nuisance or waste in, on or about the Premises, or any other portion of the Project; or (iv) operate any equipment within the Premises which does or could vibrate or shake the Premises or the Project.
