No Nuisance. Tenant shall not (i) do or permit anything to be done in or about the Premises, or any other portion of the Project, which would injure or annoy, or obstruct or interfere with the rights of, Landlord or other occupants of the Project; (ii) use or allow the Premises to be used in any manner inappropriate based on uses permitted in Comparable Buildings, or for any objectionable purposes, or do or permit any act which in Landlord’s reasonable judgment might damage the reputation of the Project; or (iii) cause, maintain or permit any nuisance or waste in, on or about the Premises, or any other portion of the Project.
