No Obligation of NBA to Approve Membership Sales. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed to create any obligation on the part of the NBA, the Members or any of their respective Affiliates formally to approve or disapprove, within any time parameters related to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, any proposed grant of a new Membership, in connection with an Expansion or otherwise, or any proposed sale or other transfer of a Membership Majority Interest.
