No Obligation to Continue. Neither the Plan, this agreement, nor the grant of this Option imposes any obligation on the Company to continue the Optionee in employment or other Business Relationship.
No Obligation to Continue. Newtrax shall be under no obligation to Customer to continue, discontinue or change any Hardware or Software.
No Obligation to Continue. The Permitted Mortgagee shall not be obligated to continue any action or proceeding to acquire the Leasehold Estate, and may abandon such at any time in its sole discretion. If the Permitted Mortgagee abandons any effort to acquire the Leasehold Estate while an Event of Default exists hereunder, then this Lease shall terminate upon ten (10) days’ notice of such termination from District.

Neither the Company nor any affiliate is obligated by or as a result of this Agreement to continue to have the Grantee as an employee, consultant or advisor and this Agreement shall not interfere in any way with the right of the Company or any affiliate to terminate the Grantee's service relationship at any time.
