Common use of No Obstruction by Allottee to Further Construction Clause in Contracts

No Obstruction by Allottee to Further Construction. The Promoter shall be entitled to construct further floors on and above the top roof of the Said Block and the Allottee shall not obstruct or object to the same. The Allottee also admit and accept that the Promoter and/or employees and/or agents and/or contractors of the Promoter shall be entitled to use and utilize the Common Portions for movement of building materials and for other purposes and the Allottee shall not raise any objection in any manner whatsoever with regard thereto.
