No Oral Modification, Cancellation or Discharge. This Agreement may only be amended, cancelled or discharged in writing signed by Employee and the Company. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, any consent, waiver, amendment, modification or other agreement delivered by electronic mail shall be effective.
