No Other Benefits. Except as specifically provided in this Section 7, the Executive shall not be entitled to any compensation, severance or other benefits from the Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates upon the termination of this Agreement for any reason whatsoever. Payment by the Company of all Accrued Benefits and other amounts and contributions to the cost of the Executive’s participation in the Company’s group health and dental plans that may be due to the Executive under the applicable termination provision of Section 6 shall constitute the entire obligation of the Company to the Executive.
