Common use of No Other Duties Clause in Contracts

No Other Duties. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the “Syndication Agent,” “Co-Documentation Agents,” “Co-Lead Arrangers” and “Co-Book Managers” listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Credit Agreement or any of the other Credit Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent, a Lender or the L/C Issuer hereunder.

No Other Duties. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the “Co-Syndication Agents,” “Documentation Agent,” “Co-Documentation Agents,” “Co-Joint Lead Arrangers” and “Co-Book ManagersJoint Bookrunners” listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Credit Agreement or any of the other Credit Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, the Collateral an Agent, a Lender or the an L/C Issuer hereunder.

No Other Duties.
