No Other Replacement Funds. No proceeds of the Bonds will be used as a substitute for other funds that were intended or earmarked to pay costs of the Project, and that have been or will be used to acquire higher yielding investments. Except for the Bond Fund, there are no other funds pledged or committed in a manner that provides a reasonable assurance that such funds would be available for payment of the principal of or interest on the Bonds if the Issuer or the Borrower encounters financial difficulty. The Replacement Reserve Fund and the Expense Fund are not pledged funds.
