Project Funds. INDOT will not share in the cost of the Project. INDOT will disburse funds from time to time; however, INDOT will be reimbursed by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) or the LPA. Payment will be made for the services performed under this Contract in accordance with Attachment D (Project Funds), which is herein attached to and made an integral part of this Contract.
Project Funds. WRF will disburse the Project Funds in installments directly to Sub-recipient. The amount of the Project Funds was set based on Sub-recipient’s budget attached in Exhibit C and is a “not to exceed” amount. WRF will not make any payments in excess of such amount. Disbursement of all Project Funds is subject to Sub-recipient’s compliance with this Section III and Exhibit C. Any increase in a budget line item by more than 10% of such line item’s stated budget may require an amendment, even if other budget decreases offset such increase and there is no overall increase to the required Project Funds
Project Funds. In addition to other restrictions set out in this Trip and Equipment Grant agreement, the Grantee must also adhere to the following limitations on the use of Transportation Disadvantaged Trust Funds:
Project Funds. EDA funds remaining after termination of a grant award or grantee completion of project shall revert to the Authority. If any funds awarded during a funding cycle are not accepted by the grantee or become available before termination of the fiscal year for which they were appropriated, the Authority may authorize the funds be carried forward for use by any succeeding cycle/year.
Project Funds. There shall be deposited into each Project Fund such portion of the proceeds of the Related Series of Bonds and other amounts as may be specified in the Related Series Supplement. HRTAC shall use the amounts in each Project Fund in accordance with the requirements of the Related Series Supplement and Tax Regulatory Agreement. Upon the filing with the Trustee of an Officer’s Certificate that each Project to be financed from the Related Project Fund is complete, the Trustee shall transfer any amounts remaining on deposit in such Project Fund to the Revenue Fund and/or another Fund or Account established hereunder as may be authorized or directed by the Related Series Supplement or Tax Regulatory Agreement and confirmed in an Officer’s Certificate. Investment earnings in a Project Fund may be transferred periodically therefrom as provided in the Related Series Supplement and Tax Regulatory Agreement.
Project Funds. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER and OWNER understand that sufficient funds have been allocated to complete design services. In consideration of this fact, the ARCHITECT/ENGINEER and OWNER agree that the ARCHITECT/ENGINEER will proceed with BASIC SERVICES for the Project based upon a time schedule that will permit the issuance of bid documents in accordance with the schedule concurred in by the ARCHITECT/ENGINEER and the OWNER.

Project Funds.
