Expense Fund definition

Expense Fund has the meaning set forth in Section 12.1(e).
Expense Fund has the meaning set forth in Section 9.14(f).
Expense Fund means the fund of that name established under Section 7.3(c) hereof.

  • Any such fees and expenses payable by Holdings shall be paid from the Expense Fund to the extent available.

More Definitions of Expense Fund

Expense Fund means the Expense Fund created in Section 4.01 hereof.
