Expense Fund definition

Expense Fund has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a)(v).
Expense Fund has the meaning set forth in Section 10.1(e).
Expense Fund means the fund of that name established under Section 7.3(c) hereof.

Examples of Expense Fund in a sentence

  • The Shareholders’ Agent is not acting as a withholding agent or in any similar capacity in connection with the Expense Fund and has no tax reporting or income distribution obligations.

  • No Shareholder will receive any interest on the Expense Fund and will be deemed to have assigned to the Shareholders’ Agent any such interest.

  • The Shareholders’ Agent is not providing any investment supervision, recommendations or advice and shall have no responsibility or liability for any loss of principal of the Expense Fund other than as a result of its gross negligence or willful misconduct.

More Definitions of Expense Fund

Expense Fund means the Expense Fund created in Section 4.01 hereof.
