NO OTHER RIGHTS UPON TERMINATION. Neither party hereto shall be responsible to the other for compensation, damages, or otherwise by reason of termination of this Agreement, except for termination due to material breach pursuant to Section 10.3, at any time, except as provided herein. Selfcare understands and acknowledges that any contracts or other arrangements it enters into with any third parties with respect to the HIV Products will be subject and subordinate to the rights of termination set forth in this Agreement.
