End Users LICENSEE agrees to require all direct recipients of Licensed Products to whom Licensed Products are sold, leased, or otherwise disposed of by LICENSEE or its sublicensees, to look only to LICENSEE and not to LICENSOR or its affiliates for any claims, warranties, or liability relating to such Licensed Products. LICENSEE agrees to take all steps to reasonably assure itself that Licensed Products sold, leased or otherwise disposed of by or for LICENSEE is being used for permitted purposes only.
Internet Access Data and information may be made electronically accessible to the Company through Internet access to one or more links provided by the Administrator or a sub-administrator (“Web Link”). All rights in Web Link (including text and “look and feel” attributes) are owned by the sub-administrator. Any commercial use of the content or any other aspect of Web Link requires the written permission of the sub-administrator. Use of the Web Link by the Company will be subject to any terms of use set forth on the web site. Web Link and the information (including text, graphics and functionality) in the Web Link is presented “As Is” and “As Available” without express or implied warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of non-infringement, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The sub-administrator neither warrants that the Web Link will be uninterrupted or error free, nor guarantees the accessibility, reliability, performance, timeliness, sequence, or completeness of information provided on the Web Link.

Internet Services Transfer Agent shall make available to Fund and Shareholders, through its web sites, including but not limited to xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (collectively, “Web Site”), online access to certain Account and Shareholder information and certain transaction capabilities (“Internet Services”), subject to Transfer Agent’s security procedures and the terms and conditions set forth herein and on the Web Site. Transfer Agent provides Internet Services “as is,” on an “as available” basis, and hereby specifically disclaims any and all representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding such Internet Services, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance. Transfer Agent shall at all times use reasonable care in performing Internet Services under this Agreement.

USE OF THIRD PARTY SYSTEMS-LEVEL SOFTWARE State Street and the Fund acknowledge that in connection with the Data Access Services provided under this Addendum, the Fund will have access, through the Data Access Services, to Fund Data and to functions of State Street’s proprietary systems; provided, however that in no event will the Fund have direct access to any third party systems-level software that retrieves data for, stores data from, or otherwise supports the System.
Use of websites (a) The Company may satisfy its obligation under this Agreement to deliver any information in relation to those Lenders (the “Website Lenders”) who accept this method of communication by posting this information onto an electronic website designated by the Company and the Agent (the “Designated Website”) if:

Third Party Software Customer acknowledges that in order for MyEcheck to perform the Consulting Services, Customer may need to obtain additional third party services ("Third Party Services") or third party technology ("Third Party Technology"). Customer agrees that the rights and licenses with respect to Third Party Technology and Third Party Services shall be under terms set forth in the pertinent purchase, license or services agreements between Customer and the vendors of such Third Party Software or Third Party Services. Customer shall execute and comply with appropriate purchase, license, or services agreements with respect to any Third Party Software or Third Party Services. Any amounts payable to third party vendors or service providers under such agreements are the sole responsibility of Customer and shall be paid directly by Customer to such third party vendors or service providers. Trademarks and Service Marks In the event the Administrative Agent forecloses on its security interest in the License Agreements and transfers the License Agreements to a Person who does not meet the Successor Manager Requirements, then Sprint PCS shall have the right to terminate the License Agreements and cause the Administrative Agent to release its security interest in the License Agreements immediately prior to such transfer.
