NO OTHER TRADEMARKS PROTECTION. Licensee agrees not to seek any state, Federal, foreign or other statutory Trademarks or service mark or other protection for the Trademarks as they are used in connxxxxon with the Licensee's goods or services and all use of the Trademarks shall be for the sole benefit of the Licensor.
