No Payment for Services Provided Following Expiration/Termination of Master Agreement. 5.3.1 Contractor shall have no claim against County for payment of any money or reimbursement, of any kind whatsoever, for any Service provided by Contractor after the expiration or other termination of this Master Agreement. Should Contractor receive any such payment it shall immediately notify County and shall immediately repay all such funds to County. Payment by County for services rendered after expiration/termination of this Master Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of County’s right to recover such payment from Contractor. 5.3.2 Notwithstanding the above, Contractor shall be entitled to payment for services that are satisfactorily completed after the expiration or other termination of this Master Agreement, provided that any such services are rendered pursuant to a Work Order that was validly executed during the term of this Master Agreement. This provision shall survive the expiration or other termination of this Master Agreement.
