No Payment if Termination of Employment Prior to Age 65. Except as provided in Section 3.4 below as it may apply, if Executive’s employment under this Agreement terminates for any reason other than only Executive’s death or disability prior to the date on which he attains age 65, the Bank shall have no obligation to pay any amount to Executive with respect to any amounts credited to the Deferral Account.

  • Term; Termination of Employment The term of this Agreement (the “Term”) begins on the Effective Date and will end, along with Executive’s employment with the Company, on the earliest to occur of the following events.
