TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT. A. This Contract shall terminate, the Superintendent's employment will cease, and no compensation shall thereafter be paid, under any one of the following circumstances:

TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT. Termination shall be by the Board. Depending upon the severity of the offense/violation for which discipline is deemed necessary, disciplinary action may be initiated at the discretion of the Superintendent or his/her designee at any step.

TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT. It is hereby agreed by the parties hereto that this Employment Contract may at any time be terminated by either party giving the other sixty (60) days’ notice in writing of intention to terminate the same. An employee who is resigning from his position shall give sixty (60) days written notice to the Superintendent. Accrued vacation shall be paid according to the proportion of full months worked to the total contract year. No accrued vacation will be paid unless sixty (60) days written notice of resignation has been provided as required above.
