No Payments If Not Eligible for Cost Sharing with Ministry. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, the City is not obliged to make payments to the Agency under this Agreement if such payments are not eligible for cost-sharing or full funding from the Ministry pursuant to the Act or other applicable legislation.
