No pension scheme. Except as otherwise disclosed in the Disclosure Letter, there are no pension commitments or schemes granted by the Target Group Companies (other than state or mandatory social security arrangements) under which any current Employee or former employee of the Target Group Companies would be entitled to retirement, death, disability, or life insurance benefits, including without limitation any deferred benefit and/or compensation schemes. Any pension contribution or allowance shall be paid in equal monthly instalments in arrears.

  • Pension Plan Neither the Company nor any Affiliate has ever maintained, established, sponsored, participated in, or contributed to, any Pension Plan which is subject to Title IV of ERISA or Section 412 of the Code.
