No Personal Recourse. No covenant, obligation or agreement of a party hereunder will be deemed to be a covenant, stipulation, obligation or agreement of any past, present or future member, officer, agent, attorney or employee of such party in other than his or her official capacity, and none of the members, officers, agents, attorneys or employees, past, present or future of a party will be subject to any personal liability or accountability by reason of the covenants, obligations or agreements of such party in this Agreement.
