No Personal Recourse. No official, employee or agent of the WIFIA Credit Provider or the Borrower or any Person executing this Agreement or any of the other WIFIA Credit Documents shall be personally liable on this Agreement or such other WIFIA Credit Documents by reason of the issuance, delivery or execution hereof or thereof.
