No Personal Recourse. No official, employee or agent of the WIFIA Lender or the Borrower or any Person executing this Agreement or any of the other WIFIA Loan Documents shall be personally liable on this Agreement or such other WIFIA Loan Documents by reason of the issuance, delivery or execution hereof or thereof.
