Common use of NO POLITICAL EVENT Clause in Contracts

NO POLITICAL EVENT. No Qualified Political Event and no event that, with the passage of time or otherwise, might become a Qualified Political Event shall have occurred and be continuing and no political violence claim in respect of a material or substantial part of the Company's assets or expropriation claim shall have been made under any contract of insurance issued by OPIC in support of the Project.
