No Prejudice to Other Rights. The right to terminate this Agreement shall be without prejudice to any other right of either Party which has accrued prior to or as a result of such termination or to any remedy available to either Party under the terms of this Agreement or in accordance with Applicable Law.

No Prejudice to Other Rights. Termination of this Agreement is without prejudice to any rights either party has against the other party, including but not limited to injunctive relief, and termination will not relieve either party of any of its obligations to the other existing at the time of termination, including Customer’s obligation to pay all fees and charges that accrued prior to termination.
