Common use of No Prejudice Clause in Contracts

No Prejudice. The Security created by or pursuant to this Deed and the Collateral Rights shall not be prejudiced by any unenforceability or invalidity of any other agreement or document or by any time or indulgence granted to the Chargor or any other person, by the Security Agent (whether in its capacity as Security Agent or otherwise) or any of the other Secured Parties or by any variation of the terms of the trust upon which the Security Agent holds the Security or by any other thing which might otherwise prejudice that Security or any Collateral Right.

No Prejudice. The Security security created by or pursuant to this Deed Agreement and the Collateral Rights shall not be prejudiced by any unenforceability or invalidity of any other agreement or document or by any time or indulgence granted to the Chargor Company or any other person, by or the Security Collateral Agent (whether in its capacity as Security Agent security agent or otherwise) or any of the other Secured Parties or by any variation of the terms of the trust upon which the Security Collateral Agent holds the Security security or by any other thing which might otherwise prejudice that Security security or any Collateral Right.

The Security security created by or pursuant to this Deed Debenture and the Collateral Rights shall not be prejudiced by any unenforceability or invalidity of any other agreement or document or by any time or indulgence granted to the Chargor Company or any other person, by or the Security Agent Trustee (whether in its capacity as Security Agent trustee or otherwise) or any of the other Secured Parties Creditors or by any variation of the terms of the trust upon which the Security Agent Trustee holds the Security security or by any other thing which might otherwise prejudice that Security security or any Collateral Right.

The Security security created by or pursuant to this Deed Debenture and any Mortgage and the Collateral Rights shall not be prejudiced by any unenforceability or invalidity of any other agreement or document or by any time or indulgence granted to the Chargor any Company or any other person, by or the Security Agent Trustee (whether in its capacity as Security Agent trustee or otherwise) or any of the other Secured Parties Creditors or by any variation of the terms of the trust upon which the Security Agent Trustee holds the Security security or by any other thing which might otherwise prejudice that Security security or any Collateral Right.

The Security created by or pursuant to this Deed Debenture and the Collateral Rights shall not be prejudiced by any unenforceability or invalidity of any other agreement or document or by any time or indulgence granted to the Chargor any Charging Company or any other person, by or the Interim Security Agent (whether in its capacity as Interim Security Agent or otherwise) or any of the other Secured Interim Finance Parties or by any variation of the terms of the trust upon which the Interim Security Agent holds the Security or by any other thing which might otherwise prejudice that Security or any Collateral Right.

No Prejudice. The Security Interest created by or pursuant to this Deed and the Collateral Rights shall not be prejudiced by any unenforceability or invalidity of any other agreement or document or by any time or indulgence granted to the any Chargor or any other person, by or the Security Agent (whether in its capacity as Security Agent or otherwise) or any of the other Secured Parties Lender or by any variation of the terms of the trust upon which the Security Agent Lender holds the Security Interest created by or pursuant to this Deed or by any other thing which might otherwise prejudice that Security or any Collateral RightInterest.

No Prejudice.
