Without Prejudice or Precedent. The Employer agrees, without prejudice or precedent, to pay a responsibility premium of two dollars ($2.00) per hour worked to RPN’s in the event that staffing shortages result in the RPN assuming charge responsibilities for the first and second floor in the home. It is understood that this premium will be paid in recognition of the unique circumstances at the Willows Estate, including:
