By signing below, I represent that there are no developments, inventions, concepts, know-how, original works of authorship, improvements, trade secrets, methodology, algorithms, software, processes, formulas, designs, drawings and other technological advancements and implementations that I can demonstrate were created or owned by me prior to the commencement of the Employment Period, which belong solely to me or belong to me jointly with another, that relate in any way to any of the actual or proposed businesses, products, or research and development of any member of the Company Group and which are not assigned to the Company hereunder.
