Common use of No Recommendation Clause in Contracts

No Recommendation. None of the activities of the Underwriters in connection with the transactions contemplated herein constitutes a recommendation, investment advice, or solicitation or any action by the Underwriters with respect to any entity or natural person; and

No Recommendation. None of the activities of the Underwriters in connection with the transactions contemplated herein constitutes a recommendation, investment advice, or solicitation or of any action by the Underwriters with respect to any entity or natural person; and;
