Common use of No Refunds; Further Payment Due Clause in Contracts

No Refunds; Further Payment Due. If Company terminates this Agreement, including any Schedule, pursuant to Section 2.3(b), (i) Company will not refund to You any paid fees and (ii) You will be liable for any payment that would have been due had You terminated pursuant to Section 2.2.
