No Refunds; Further Payment Due. If Intermedia terminates this Agreement, including any Schedule, pursuant to Section 2.3(b), (i) Intermedia will not refund to You any paid fees and (ii) You will be liable for any payment that would have been due had You terminated pursuant to Section 2.2.
