No Refunds; Further Payment Due. If NEC terminates this Agreement, including any Schedule, pursuant to Section 2.3(b), (i) NEC will not refund to You any paid fees and (ii) You will be liable for any payment that would have been due had You terminated pursuant to Section 2.2.
