No Relief from Similar Obligations. Neither this Agreement nor any termination of this Agreement shall relieve the Participant from any confidentiality, non-solicitation or non-disparagement obligations to which he or she is or would have been subject in the absence of this Agreement by virtue of any contract or agreement, statutory law, common law or otherwise.
