Obligations of the Participant. Establish the Mobility Agreement with the sending Organisation and the host organisation to make the intended outcomes transparent for all parties involved.
Obligations of the Participant. (a) The Participant shall furnish to the Company such information regarding the Participant, the ownership of Registrable Securities by the Participant and the proposed distribution by the Participant of such Registrable Securities as the Company may from time to time reasonably request.
(b) Upon receipt of any notice of the Company of the happening of any event of the kind described in Section 3.3, the Participant shall forthwith discontinue disposition of Registrable Securities pursuant to the affected Registration Statement until the Participant’s receipt of the copies of the supplemented or amended prospectus.

As the Participant has been accepted for the Social Work degree program, the Agreement shall commence with the execution of this contract and end at the conclusion of the reporting period, three years from the date of graduation from this program, or sooner if the Participant discontinues this program or if the Participant's performance falls below an acceptable standard established by the University, as defined below. If the Participant withdraws or is dismissed from the University Social Work Program, the Participant agrees to immediately repay the Department all costs incurred on behalf of the Participant for the program. The Participant shall perform the practicum required to attain this degree with the Department (or another Department approved Title IV-E practicum site). This placement shall be coordinated through the University’s Child Welfare Faculty Field Coordinator, in conjunction with the Department. The practicum shall be devoted to services eligible for federal financial participation under Title IV-E of the Social Security Act. The Participant will work with his/her Agency Field Instructor and Child Welfare Faculty Field Coordinator to develop and implement a Learning Contract focusing upon child welfare practice, adoptions and xxxxxx care. Obligations of the Participant. The Participant agrees that it:
a. Has included, and will include, in the Participant’s Notice of Privacy Practices required by the Privacy Rule that the Participant may Disclose PHI for Health Care Operations purposes.
b. Has obtained, and will obtain, from Individuals’ consents, authorizations and other permissions necessary or Required by Laws applicable to the Participant for Company and the Participant to fulfill their obligations under the Underlying Agreement and this Addendum.
c. Will promptly notify Company in writing of any restrictions on the Use and Disclosure of PHI about Individuals that the Participant has agreed to that may affect Company’s ability to perform its obligations under the Underlying Agreement or this Addendum.
d. Will promptly notify Company in writing of any changes in, or revocation of, permission by an Individual to Use or Disclose PHI, if such changes or revocation may affect Company's ability to perform its obligations under the Underlying Agreement or this Addendum.
Obligations of the Participant. 4.1. The participant needs to be a NKBV member when participating in a course of the NSAC summer programme.
4.2. The participant needs to have an adequate insurance for mountaineering sports. Next to this it is highly recommended that the participant also covers him/herself for any cancellation by closing an cancellation insurance.
4.3. The participant is obliged to follow all instructions from instructors/guides hired by the NSAC to guarantee a good realisation of the agreement.
4.4. The participant is obliged to inform the NSAC about all personal circumstances that can be of relevance for a good participation in the course. Especially medical and stamina-related (physically and mentally) specifics.
4.5. Any participant who causes trouble or problems in such a way that the execution of the course will be strongly hindered, that safety of him/herself or others comes into question or who acts disrespectfully towards nature and environment, will be excluded from further participation in the course. All costs that costs related to this will be on the account of the relevant participant(s).
4.6. The NSAC claims the right to use photographic material or other recordings of the courses for promotion of the summer programme.
4.7. The participant is not allowed to follow the course if he/she has corona related symptoms during the course.
Obligations of the Participant. Nothing contained in this Agreement or done pursuant to this Agreement shall oblige the Participant to purchase and pay for any Shares except those Shares underlying the Time-Based Options that the Participant has exercised in the manner provided in this Agreement. The Participant agrees and acknowledges (and shall be conclusively deemed to have so acknowledged and agreed by participating in the Plan) that the Participant will, at all times, act in strict compliance with Applicable Law and all Corporation Policies applicable to the Participant in connection with the Plan. Such Applicable Law and Corporation Policies shall include, without limitation, those governing “insiders” or “reporting issuers” as those terms are construed for the purposes of applicable securities laws, regulations, and rules.
Obligations of the Participant. 2.1 More particularly, the Participant shall: a. not use the Confidential Information for any purpose other than that connected with the purposes of the Declaration.
b. not disclose the Confidential Information to any other employees or associates or to third parties, except only as necessary for the due diligence of the Project.
c. not make, at any time, copies of the Confidential Information nor storage same by any electronic means except only those necessary for the due diligence of the Project.
d. keep in safety all the Confidential Information as well as any item containing Confidential Information.
e. not grand to third parties the username and the password, which are given to the Participant for the access to VDR, except only for the purposes of the due diligence of the Project.
f. not use or disclose inside information (as those defined in article 6 of law 3340/2005 and in article 2, paragraph 2 of 3/347/12.7.2005 decision of Security and Exchange Commission) to others, not specifically authorized, except only for the purposes of accomplishing the due diligence of the Project.
2.2 It is expressly agreed that, in case of breach of the obligations assumed by the Participant, he is responsible: a. to cease, forthwith, using the Confidential Information.
b. to hand over, forthwith, to the Company any items or documents containing Confidential Information which are in his possession or, in violation of the provisions hereof, in the possession of third parties, and
c. to give notice in writing of the names and address of the third parties to whom he has disclosed the Confidential Information pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement or in violation thereof.
Obligations of the Participant. In order to ensure that the NAPP Exchange achieves its objective of universal interconnection and operates effectively, the Participant shall comply with the technical and other requirements set out in Schedule 2 as well as all other processes and procedures as may be stipulated by NAPAfrica from time to time to xxxxxx the effective operation of and granting of access to the NAPP Exchange.
