Common use of No representation, partnership or agency Clause in Contracts

No representation, partnership or agency. Except as otherwise provided in Section 6.3.4, no Party shall be entitled to act or make legally binding declarations on behalf of any other Party or the Consortium. Nothing in this Consortium Agreement shall be deemed to constitute a joint venture, agency, partnership, interest grouping or any other kind of formal business grouping or entity between the Parties.
