No Responsibility to Transaction Counterparties. has no responsibility to any other Transaction Counterparty (other than to pay it any moneys received and payable to it and to act in accordance with the Conditions), will have regard solely to the Noteholders’ interests and need not act on any directions of the Transaction Counterparty except as is specified in the Trust Deed.
