No Revenue Sharing. The parties hereby acknowledge that Recipient will not share in revenues derived from ticket sales, sponsorships, parking concessions, merchandising and food and beverage sales in connection with the Event unless specifically disclosed in the application submitted by Recipient to Visit Orlando.
No Revenue Sharing. There shall be no revenue sharing pursuant to Section 66.0305 of the Wisconsin Statutes required by the City as consideration for the wholesale water service to Xxxxxxxx that is provided for in this Agreement. The Parties acknowledge and agree that none of the payments required of Xxxxxxxx by this Agreement constitutes such revenue sharing.

No Revenue Sharing. MP shall have no obligation to share with AOL any ------------------- Transaction Revenues or Advertising Revenues that MP derives from the AOL Jump Pages, the Affiliated MP Site, or any other MP Interactive Site.

From and after the Effective Date, each receiving jurisdiction will levy, collect, and retain, without revenue sharing, property taxes for the Development Property under their jurisdictions consistent with and at the same millage rates as property taxes are levied elsewhere in Alpine and Plainfield, respectively. Tax collections for levies occurring before the Effective Date shall be retained by the community receiving them independent of the provisions of this Agreement.

The functions and purposes of the Norway House Resource Management Board do not extend to consideration of royalties, income or other revenue derived from or attributable to Resources, and, subject to Article 3.2.2, nothing in this Agreement entitles Norway House Cree Nation or Manitoba to share in the royalties, income or other revenue derived from Resources within the other's jurisdiction, ownership or administration and control.

The functions and purposes of the Fox Lake Resource Management Board do not extend to consideration of royalties, income or other revenue derived from or attributable to Resources, and nothing in this Agreement entitles Fox Lake or Manitoba to share in the royalties, income or other revenue derived from Resources within the other’s jurisdiction, ownership or administration and control.
No Revenue Sharing. Within sixty (60) days following the end of each calendar quarter, Licensor shall retain any and all pay Samsung in US dollars revenue share of thirty percent (30%) of the Adjusted Gross Revenues that Licensor receives from end user viewings that are referred to the Licensor Service by Yosemite. If any similar revenue sharing payments for any particular end user transaction are made by Licensor to Samsung or any Samsung's Affiliates pursuant to a written agreement that Licensor made with such entity prior to the Effective Date of this Agreement, then no additional revenue share payments shall be owed to Samsung for that particular transaction as a result of this Agreement.
No Revenue Sharing. Navidec shall be entitled to 100% of all U.S. Wheels Revenue, if any.
No Revenue Sharing. Parties agree that revenue sharing as provided by Section 7.3 of the GCDA shall NOT apply to Work Products made pursuant to this Agreement.
