Terminal Complex definition

Terminal Complex means all buildings and structures (including but not limited to Buildings M101, M102, M103, M104, M114, M130, M152, M157, M158, M363, M367, M368and XU70) located within the Airport and open to the public for the purpose of flight ticket purchase, passenger enplanement and deplanement, including Secured Areas and adjoining Ramps, roadways, public lobby waiting, baggage check-in and pick-up, and those other services related to public passenger air travel.
Terminal Complex means the passenger terminal facilities consisting of the Terminal Building, the Gold Concourse, and the International Arrivals Facility.
Terminal Complex means collectively, the central Landside building and satellite airside buildings, the hotel, and all accompanying roadways at the Airport existing as of the Effective Date of this Agreement.

  • Square Foot with respect to the Terminal Complex shall mean the number of square feet of space in the Terminal Complex that is rentable to tenants.

More Definitions of Terminal Complex

Terminal Complex means all buildings and structures located within the Airport for the purpose of flight ticket purchase, passenger enplanement and deplanement, including Sterile Areas and adjoining aprons and roadways, public lobby waiting, baggage check-in and pick-up and those other services related to public passenger air travel.
Terminal Complex means collectively the Terminal and the Concourses located at the Airport as they are defined herein.
Terminal Complex means the Terminal Building, the Concourses and any Airline Constructed Space.
Terminal Complex means each separate portion of the PEDC included therein and the associated passenger enplaning and deplaning roads, as shown on Exhibit D as Terminal Complexes 2W, 2E, 3E and 4E and any future PEDC-EA, outside of such existing Terminal Complexes, and associated passenger enplaning and deplaning roads, as shown on Exhibit D.
