No Right of Assignment. The Buyer’s right under this Agreement to purchase the Shares is not assignable.
No Right of Assignment. NSAM's right under this Agreement to purchase the Shares is not assignable. For the avoidance of doubt, however, NSAM may direct one of its affiliates to purchase and retain the Shares on its behalf.
No Right of Assignment. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of, and shall be binding upon, the Parties and their respective successors and assigns. No Party may assign or delegate this Agreement or any of its rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other Parties, unless to an Affiliate of such transferring Party; provided, that, such assignment shall not affect such Party's rights and obligations under this Agreement in any manner. Nothing herein is intended to confer on any person other than the Parties or their respective successors and assigns any rights, remedies, obligations or liabilities under or by reason of this Agreement.
No Right of Assignment. CUNA Mutual's right under this Agreement to purchase the Shares is not assignable.
No Right of Assignment. Neither a Participant nor any person taking on behalf of a Participant may anticipate, assign or alienate (either by law or equity) any benefit provided under the Plan and the Company shall not recognize any such anticipation, assignment or alienation. Furthermore, to the extent permitted by law, a benefit under the Plan is not subject to attachment, garnishment, levy, execution or other legal or equitable process.
No Right of Assignment. Each of NSAM’s and OZCI’s right under this Agreement to purchase the Shares is not assignable.
No Right of Assignment. Advisor may not assign this agreement, as the term “assignment” is defined in the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended, without your consent.
No Right of Assignment. 3.1 The Customer must not delegate or assign any of its rights or obligations under this Agreement to any third party, without the consent of Fluidra, which must not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
No Right of Assignment. The rights given by this Permit shall not be assigned or otherwise transferred.
