No Right of Continued Employment. Neither the establishment of the Plan nor the making of contributions by the Employer, nor any action of the Employer or the Committee shall be held or construed to confer upon any person any legal right to be continued as an Employee. The Employer expressly reserves the right to discharge any Employee whenever the interest of the Employer may so require.
