Common use of No Right to Subcontract Clause in Contracts

No Right to Subcontract. (a) The provision of SERVICES under this Agreement is personal to the CONSULTANT. CONSULTANT may not subcontract any portion of his SERVICES hereunder to others without the prior written consent of ATI and ATI’s written approval of the terms and conditions of each such subcontract. Subcontracting any part of the SERVICES under this Agreement, if approved by ATI, shall not relieve CONSULTANT of any of his obligations with respect thereto.
