NO RIGHTS FOR THIRD PARTIES. This Agreement is intended to establish the relative priorities among the Creditors, the Administrative Agent, the Lenders and the Holders and their respective successors and assigns and shall not be deemed to create any rights or priorities in any other person or entity including, without limitation, the Pledgors.
