Common use of No Rights in Confidential Information Clause in Contracts

No Rights in Confidential Information. The Administrative Agent and each Lender recognizes and agrees that nothing contained in this Section 11.14 shall be construed as granting any property rights, by license or otherwise, to any Confidential Information (other than the Agreement or any amendments thereto or any related agreements), or to any invention or any patent, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right that has issued or that may issue, based on such Confidential Information (other than the Agreement or any amendments thereto or any related agreements). No Lender Party shall make, have made, use or sell for any purpose any product or other item using, incorporating or derived from any such Confidential Information; provided that the foregoing shall not limit or restrict in any way the creation, use or sale of banking or related services by any Lender Party.
