Common use of No Salvage Clause in Contracts

No Salvage. Seller shall not, and Seller shall instruct its carrier and agents that they shall not, without the prior written consent of Buyer: (a) cause, suffer or permit the transfer, sale or disposal of any Goods bearing Buyer Trademarks to any third party, including (but not limited to) any insurance company; or (b) offer to sell, transfer or dispose of any such Goods, whether as salvage or otherwise.
