The following sentence is hereby added to the end of Section 3(d): “Nothing in this Agreement will be deemed to prevent any of Developer, or Hosting Providers from charging, in its respective discretion, any fees and charges to Shippers for the license of a Distributed Application or for receipt of any other services from Developer, or Hosting Providers.”
